Important Address and Request

Hey, it's me, Sacui, and I know most of you hate me for what I've done, which most of you already know so I'm not going to list all the troubles I've given you guys. This note is not a pathetic attempt to rejoin Halopen, nor is it to get an apology for what I've done in the past. This is strictly professional.

I'm starting an advanced forum named MomugaTV that's dedicated to all popular forms of media and will be flooded with, of course, media. Bryboy is giving me a helping by creating my domain and all of the hosting to give me a jump start, and we are doing this right now. The domain and hosting are set and it is soon to be live. But I'm going to need much more than Bryboy to help me bring my website into public eyes. I need affiliates, partners, and advertisements to succeed. Which is kind of why I'm posting this here.

This is strictly business. I'm offering an affiliation between our two groups in order to grow and become more popular. When my site is running I would like to offer Halopen Films a tight affiliation so both of our sites will grow. I'm doing the same with Bryboy and his Sentient Productions. With this all three of our sites will get more views, members, and gain popularity. These are the props of this agreement.

-We will advertise each others websites on our own website , and post any important media information on each others websites.

-Bryboy and I will showcase Halopen's movies on our website for a good amount of time, as long as they are high-quality, top-notch pieces of film. This will give Halopen many more viewers and fans.

-You guys will showcase Bryboy's videos in an article or post so his business can get more recognition.

-All 3 of us will put miniature affiliate buttons on our websites for quick-link transportation to gain more viewers faster.

-Each one of our sites are going to attract different audiences from around the web. Bryboy's will attract hip-hop lovers, mine will attract fans of all kinds of media, and Halopen will attract Machinima fanatics. This will create a diverse spectrum between each others sites and will make other people realize what our websites have to offer.


In doing this, our teams will gain more support from around the web and will increase our views by many numbers. But, that is not all. At the same time Bryboy and I, and probably Halopen, are looking for more popular websites to attract many more people to our websites, which will set off a chain-reaction through all of the affiliated sites connected to us and theirs.

If Halopen, as a whole, accepts, reply in this thread saying so. If you do, I will get back to you shortly when MomugaTV is near completion.

P.S. There will be many more benefits to come. This assortment of teams and partnership will help all of us grow.

Yeah he might still believe that but even if he does mabey he thinks that this will change his thinking. Plus this can't hurt us, the only thing this can do to us is to make us stronger. If things don't work out (which I doubt will happen) we could always drop the affiliation and thats that.

Since I don't trust Sacui or Bryboy for obvious reasons, you'll forgive my skepticism. I'm a firm believer in the phrase, "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is," and I doubt that this little "deal" comes without some kind of a catch or drawback somewhere down the line where they could screw us over. Something about this is springing up a red flag, but maybe that's due to the fact that I see no real reason why we should trust either one of them to keep to their word.

If we affiliate mine and bryboy's sites might give you guys more traffic, and if your site gains a little more popularity then ours will in return. This isn't a game. And I don't "logically" see how putting buttons on each others sites will cause some sort of "catch". I know you guys hate me, and personally I do care about that, but this is an attempt for a win-win situation that is hard for me to see you guys logically deny. You guys are hiding a grudge behind your misunderstood "logic" when all I'm trying to do is gain popularity for my site AND yours.

I may say Halopen is dead, but when I say that I mean there's no popularity around it anymore. I know you guys are still putting your hearts and souls into this clan because it's family. And no matter what someone does in a family they usually forgive them and give them another chance. I want this to be my second chance(probably my 9th chance) just so we can help each other out. And Halopen member saying stuff like "BLOW ME" is such a great way to professionally promote yourselves to viewers that are just visiting the site.

From Bryboy because he can't post here: I don't get why you guys are trying to pick a fight with me and Sacui. Why would I try to destroy something I helped build? Honestly I don't care if you guys accept or not, because in the long run my site will still be on its own. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity because me and Sacui might get big and you won't be affiliated with us. If you're really concerned with me and Sacui trying to betray you then I will close communications will you guys for the rest of my life.

As Blekk said, yes machinima is basically on one leg, and it's not like the old days where not just the big dogs (Red vs Blue, This Spartan Life, Jamie, imSuck, etc.) were the ones to receive a nice bit of attention.

I guess I don't see the logic in the affiliation. My head is getting in the way. The only real traffic we get and could relay are peoples who come due to contests, peoples who may follow a link from a movie we post, and the occasional wander-byer. Most of the activity here is from Halopen members. I logically just can't see how we can help.

And the "guys" being immature. That's just FuzzDuck. He's being FuzzDuck, so you can just ignore that.

And if Bryboy wants to post here, all he has to do is sign up for the forums and activate his account. I'd welcome more from the pro-affiliation. Though I don't see where anyone said anything about thinking Bryboy would come to destroy us or anything.

PS - If those who want affiliation to happen, you need to really sell it and make it sound great and positive and a round, fair deal all around. Saying people are immature and have misunderstood logic isn't a good grabber.

Personal feelings aside, (and the fact that Sacui is a terrible saleman) I see little point in the affiliation. Sacui and Bryboy seem to be under the impression that the site will be a renound success, when it will be relatively unknown for quite some time, and I find it to be unlikely that it would magically pick up speed. And as firestorm pointed out, there is little we could provide to the affiliation since most of the traffic we get is from members and from people looking for contest prizes. Really, Sacui and Bryboy have done little to convince me how this is a once in a lifetime opportunity as they claim it to be, and I'm not just going to take their word for it so if you really want me to support this, for God's sake man, come up with a better pitch!

I couldn't help but get a giggle or two out of this little statement, and ordinarily I would let it go, but there are a couple hyopcracies here I would like to point out. You ask us to forgive you for the past under the excuse of "family forgives each other," but you conviently ignore the fact that in order for forgiveness to be an option, one has to actually be sorry for something and, most of the time, apologize. You have made it clear in your previous posts that your not, so what reason do we have to forgive you if you clearly admit no fault of your own? And I like how you follow your bid for another chance with "you guys are being immature." Do you see the problem with this?

You guys are making this possible affiliation seem like the biggest commitment ever. All you guys have to do is put an affiliation button on your site. Your work is done. I will post your videos on my site to help you guys cause I still want this site to succeed and come out from its grave. It's like you guys aren't even attempting to take this harmless offer that might help your site. Or is it that MacStarken doesn't know how to put up buttons?

A final batch of curious questions regarding some of the propositions...

In your original post you said both you and Bryboy would post up our movies for a while "as long as they are high-quality, top-notch pieces of films". Do you and Bryboy get to decide if they are of "high-quality" or not and does that mean movies that may not be so (in your opinions if it is truly both of you who get to decide) will not be showcased?

Also you say we "will showcase Bryboy's videos in an article or post so his business can get more recognition". Does that then mean we have to, regardless of whether they are (as you said in the proposition above) "high-quality" or "top-notch", post up Bryboy's videos? And since this is a three-way thing, will you be posting up Bryboy's stuff as well since you have an all around media site?

Just to be clear, I just want to clear things up and make sense of what is truly true and make sure everything is straight.

Yes, because Bryboy's site gets sooooooo much traffic, shit I can feel the internets slow just by thinking about his massively popular site. All two thousand some odd movie views and 414 channel views on youtube. Woo man. I can see Halopen just busting out with that kind of attention! Oh and such highly rated too! Shit, each video has like.. 2 reviews.. wow, thats awesome.

And I mean, how can we not get traffic from your site! MomugaTV how Catchy! Its totally original!
